2 killed in Quang Ninh scaffolding collapse
VOV.VN - Two workers have died after a scaffolding collapsed at a construction site in Cao Thang ward, Ha Long City, northeastern Quang Ninh province on the morning of July 7.

Local police rushed to the scene immediately after the incident to investigate the cause. The bodies of the two victims were handed over to their families for funeral observances.
Quang Ninh province offered VND6 million to each of the victim’s families.
