Road traffic accident in Ha Tinh leaves three dead

According to initial reports, a car driven by Nguyen Duc Thang, registered 74C-032.50, crashed into a motorbike that was carrying three young men at 0:30 at KM559, National Highway 1A in Ky Anh District.

The tragic accident left the motorbike driver Tran Anh Quan, 19, and the two passengers, Dinh Van Chung, 23, and Le Van Tho, 25, dead at the scene. All three victims were residing in Ky Tay commune, Ky Anh district.

Upon receiving reports of the incident, both the district police forces from Ky Anh and Ha Tinh arrived at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
