Provinces from Quang Ninh to Thai Binh brace for storm Bebinca
VOV.VN - Localities bracing for the impact of storm Bebinca have called on all vessels to find safe shelter and implemented preventive measures in preparation for the severe weather.

Minister Cuong asked the people of Quang Yen town to keep an eye on important areas, especially dykes which have not been reinforced, and to actively collaborate with the police and army to mobilize the supplies and effort necessary to cope with any circumstances. |
