PM Phuc inaugurates Hoang Van Thu bridge in Hai Phong

VOV.VN - On the morning of October 15, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cut the ribbon to mark the opening of the Hoang Van Thu bridge across the Cam river in the northern port city of Hai Phong.

The construction of the Hoang Van Thu bridge on the Cam river has a total investment capital of over VND2,170 billion, aiming to enhance transport links and develop the northern section of Hai Phong city.
The Hoang Van Thu bridge is one of the main items of the key project on the construction of technical infrastructure for a new urban area north of the Cam river. The bridge has a total length of 1,570 metres with the Hai Phong Urban Development and Construction Management Board being the project’s main investor.
Upon speaking at the opening ceremony, PM Phuc emphasizes that the opening of the Hoang Van Thu bridge will help develop a new urban area north of the Cam river in line with the approved plans.
The PM praises the city for completing several key infrastructure projects in recent times, which has significantly contributed to meeting the demand for development and improving the city’s overall competitiveness.
