PCA’s ruling receives support from overseas Vietnamese

| He noted that the ruling said that China’s claims for “historic rights” over waters within the so-called nine-dash line in the East Sea run counter to the 1982 United Nation Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982) and China has no historic title over the waters in the East Sea |
