Outstanding US doctor back to Vietnam
(VOV) -McKay McKinnon, a world-famous American doctor, has been in Vietnam to provide free surgery for 12 poor patients suffering from serious diseases.
He is scheduled to work at Vinmec and Vietnam-Germany Hospital in Hanoi from July 22 to 26, and at France-Vietnam Hospital, Cho Ray Hospital, and Pediatrics Hospital No.2 in HCM City from July 29 to August 2 under the sponsorship of Australia’s VOVICARE organisation and DETECH group.

Among 12 patients, doctor McKay will remove a huge tumor on the face of Le Trung Tuan, a poor child from Thanh Hoa province.

In his previous visit, Doctor McKay operated on a 90kg tumor on the right leg of Dalat-born patient Nguyen Duy Hai.

McKay is a professor of Chicago Medicine University having his successful surgeries were broadcasted on Discovery Channel and TLC Network of the US.
