Northern Vietnam man guilty of trafficking 100 kilos of heroin
VOV.VN - The Ministry of Public Security announced Thursday, August 3, that Luc Thanh Dong was found guilty of conspiring to distribute 100 kilos of heroin following a four and one-half month investigation.
The investigation finds that Mr Dong, 43, (pictured) on March 18, conspires with others to traffic the heroin and hides the illegal drugs in his car to transport them from Laos into Vietnam. |
