National conference reviews new-style rural area building
VOV.VN - A national conference aimed at reviewing 10 years since the implementation of the National Target Programme on new-style rural area building for the 2010 to 2020 period took place in the northern province of Nam Dinh on October 19, with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in attendance.

| In addition to a speech given by PM Phuc, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue is given the opportunity to review the National Target Programme on new rural development. First launched in 2010, the programme set out new criteria for rural areas, including infrastructure, production, living standards, income, and culture, among others. The aim of the program is to boost the comprehensive development of rural areas nationwide. |
