National Architecture Awards 2018 announced
VOV.VN - Vietnam Architects’ Association have announced the prize winners of the National Architecture Awards 2018. The winners have been drawn from a diverse range with a variety of genres, reflecting modernisation in the context of globalisation.

| A total of 34 of the 158 entrants won prizes, including one gold, 11 silver, and 22 bronze medals. “Bac Hong house” by architect Pham Quoc Dat, was awarded the gold medal in the rural house category. |

| The National Architecture Awards are hosted by Vietnam Architects’ Association every two years and is widely considered the most prestigious architectural award in Vietnam. “Pheu house” by architects Dao Hung and Nguyen Sy Tuan received the silver medal in the single house category. |

| “Hung Thinh social housing” came from architects Tran Vu Lam, Nguyen Trung Dung, and Phan Minh Son. They achieved the silver medal in the complex house category. |

| “Viettel Academy Educational Center“ by architect VTN Architects got a silver medal in the school category. |

| “Ischool Quang Tri” by architect Nguyen Xuan Minh and his colleagues was awarded the silver medal in the school category. |

| “Children’s House in Ho Chi Minh City” by architect Nguyen Truong Luu won the silver medal in the culture sport construction category. |

| “Lac Viet ecological tourism area” by was designed by a group of architects. They are: Pham Thai Anh, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Nguyen Thi Thuy, Le Duy Truong, Tran Cong Linh, Hoang Linh Giang, and Pham Minh Canh who were given a silver medal in the urban design category. |
