My Linh brings relief aid to flood victims in northern localities

| Over the week, the whole country was focused on the tragic events unfolding in the northern localities, especially Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang, which have been hardest hit by the severe flooding. |
