MoU opens new opportunities for Vietnamese students in Italy
VOV.VN - The Vietnamese Students’ Association in Italy (ASVI) on September 19 signed a memorandum of understanding with the Italy-Vietnam Foundation (FIV) and Welcome Association Italy (WAI) to strengthen connections with local organizations and businesses and provide practical opportunities and benefits for the Vietnamese student community in Italy.

Under the MoU, ASVI and its partners will coordinate cultural, scientific, and artistic events, as well as seminars, workshops, and conferences. It also covers the establishment and promotion of scholarships and awards for Vietnamese and Italian students and researchers, alongside joint communication efforts to maximize the reach and impact of their activities.
ASVI and WAI emphasized a non-profit approach focused on community benefit and stronger mutual ties, with each initiative guided by a detailed plan and clearly defined roles to ensure effective implementation.
Collaboration with FIV will prioritize cultural, scientific, and educational exchanges, including co-organized events, scholarship programs, youth-focused initiatives, and communication campaigns aimed at deepening the Vietnam–Italy friendship.
The MoU is expected to deliver practical benefits to Vietnamese students in Italy, support international students more broadly, and further strengthen the longstanding ties between the two nations.
