Miss World 2021 Karolina Bielawska joins charity in Vietnam
VOV.VN - Visiting Miss World 2022 Karolina Bielawska and Miss World Vietnam 2022 Mai Phuong on September 18 granted 500 gifts to children who are currently undergoing kidney treatment at Children's Hospital No. 2 in Ho Chi Minh City.
Most notably, five underprovided child patients received financial support of VND5 million each for treatment at the hospital.
The event is one part of Mai Phuong’s charity project in her new role as Miss World Vietnam 2022 in order to support poor child patients.
The organisers of Miss World Vietnam earlier launched an auction, collecting more than VND7 billion from donors and benefactors.
Of the total, over VND500 million was used to assist children undergoing kidney treatment at Children's Hospital No 2 in Ho Chi Minh City.
