Meet a Cham ethnic girl with rare, striking eye colour
VOV.VN - Sapa is the sixth of seven children of a Cham ethnic family who live in the Bau-Truc Pottery Village, one of the oldest craft villages in Southeast Asia, located in the south central coastal province of Ninh Thuan.

Born with one black and one blue eye and possessing burning black skin, the unique colour feature of her eyes often emanate sadness, masking her true inner beauty. |

Though Sapa rarely smiles, she is very friendly. When asked about her rare eye colour, she simply replies “it’s normal.” |

She said her friends at school used to call her ‘cat’s eyes’ and poke fun. |

It hurt my feelings at first, but now I’m used to it. |
 |

Sapa is currently enrolled in grade 10 and said her dream is to become a doctor someday, but for now she loves taking photos. |
