Largest yoga performance to shape national flag sets national record
VOV.VN - A yoga performance put on at the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi on August 12 set a record for attracting the largest number of performers in the country, with the event seeing the participation of 5,000 people coming together in the shape of the national flag.
The event took place as part of a yoga festival launched by Dan Tri newspaper. It was attended by 5,000 professional and amateur yoga performers of different ages, including businessmen, athletes, beauty queens, and many celebrities.
They all share a love for yoga which originates from India and was recognised as UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2016.
The Vietnam Records Organization (Vietkings) announced that the function set a record for being the largest yoga performance in Vietnam.
