Lao officials trained with political theory in Vietnam
The Ho Chi Minh National Academy for Politics and Public Administration held a closing ceremony for an advanced course on political theory for officials of the Lao People Revolutionary Party on January 6.
During the course, Lao trainees were provided with the basic principles of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh’s Thoughts and lessons on the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam in national liberation in the past and renewal process at present.
They also learnt more about managerial and ruling skills and made fact-finding tours of some Vietnamese localities to share experience.
Addressing the function, Associate Professor Dr. Truong Thi Thong, Vice President of the Academy, said the trainees should continue to study and apply what they learnt to Laos’ situation.
