International arts college inaugurated in Hanoi
The International College of Arts (ICA) was inaugurated in Hanoi on September 20, on the occasion of the 25th founding anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK).

The school provides programmes in music, drama, dance and fashion design, with short and long term courses. It also offers part time classes and extracurricular activities for students of all ages.
The ICA is supported by the Berklee College of Music of the US and the Seoul Pops Orchestra of the RoK.
