VOV.VN - The tropical storm has left much of Nha Trang sodden and beleaguered as ankle to knee deep floodwaters advanced through the city submerging schools, hospitals and homes—leaving residents without electric power.

Devastated: Thousands are without power, while transport networks, schools and hospitals face continued disruption. Khanh Hoa Dermatology Hospital is pictured submerged in knee-deep water.

The Vinh Hai 2 primary school is in the same situation.

School furniture items could be seen bobbing in floodwaters.

Residents can be seen wading through flooded Dien Bien Phu, Mai Xuan Thuong and Nguyen Xien streets.

Driving through streets is impossible. Above, residents push their motorbikes through flooded roadways.

One homeowner, Vo Thi Minh An, 34, is pictured trying to clear water from her property.
