Huge explosion kills 3 in Nam Dinh Province
VOV.VN - Three people died and one was seriously injured in an explosion occured in Thanh Minh Hamlet, Truc Phu Commune, Truc Ninh District, Nam Dinh Province at 9:00pm on April 13.

Witnesses said they heard a huge explosion from the house of Nguyen Van Thu, 69.
Three dead are Nguyen Van Duy, 31, Nguyen Van Tri, 10, and Nguyen Van Nam, 5. They all are nephews of Mr Thu.
Mr Thu’s son Nguyen Van Thuy was seriously injured. He was hospitalised at Viet Duc Hospital, Hanoi.
Police are making further investigations.
