Ho Chi Minh City to host global blockchain conference

The event is expected to attract the participation of more than 100 international speakers, over 50 of the world’s leading investment funds, along with about 8,000 attendees.

NEAR APAC 2023 promises to be a global gathering which will bring together leading blockchain experts, developers, students, enterprises, and startups from the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region and beyond.

Opening with the theme of "Unlimited Future," the conference will serve as a platform to explore the latest advancements in blockchain technology and multi-chain decentralised applications within the APAC region.

It will also offer a diverse range of activities which are specifically designed to engage and inspire participants beyond traditional panel discussions and keynote presentations.

NEAR APAC aims to provide a dynamic and interactive environment that fosters networking, collaboration, and the exploration of emerging technologies.

A number of activities will take place as part of the gathering, including Hackathon & Coding Challenge for programmers and students with a cash prize of VND2.5 billion, the Web3 Dating zone which is tailored for startups and venture capitalists, a virtual reality playground, a pitch competition for Vietnamese startups, game competitions, and technology exhibitions.
