HCM City streets stuck by flood tides

VOV.VN - On the early morning of October 17, numerous streets in Ho Chi Minh City were clogged by flood tides, leading to severe traffic congestion during rush hour.

Local residents are stuck by traffic jam at 7am in Huynh Tan Phat street.
