VOV.VN - Many residents of Hanoi have been spotted flouting rules on wearing face masks in public despite the recent outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic among the community.
As of the morning of August 7, Vietnam had recorded a total of 750 COVID-19 cases. According to the Ministry of Health, the COVID-19 epidemic is continuing to develop in a complicated manner and set to reach its peak over the next 10 days
Since the fresh outbreak began in Da Nang two weeks ago, three cases have been confirmed in Hanoi.
