VOV.VN - Faced with maddening amounts of traffic that overburden urban infrastructure, officials of the city of Hanoi have gotten progressive—offering a US$200,000 reward for innovative solutions to the traffic gloom.

Now, he said the City is trying a different tact and looking for novel ideas from residents on how to best manage demand as well as capacity to solve the problems.
The first prize winner will receive US$200,000 while the second one gets US$100,000. Ideas for the contest will be accepted January 19-23 at the Hanoi Department of Transport offices located in Hanoi.
