Hai Duong sets up checkpoints to control spread of COVID-19

VOV.VN - The northern city of Hai Duong has put up a total of 17 checkpoints at various entrances to the city in an effort to control all incoming and outgoing vehicles for the purpose of guarding against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
