Four missing after boat sinks in Vung Tau waters

VOV.VN - Four fishermen went missing after their fishing vessel coded BV 75386 Ts with six men on board sank in Vung Tau waters on December 4.

The Vietnam Maritime Search and Rescue Coordination Center received an emergency call at 6.35pm on December 4 saying that the fishing vessel sank approximately 1.5 nautical miles from Vung Tau. The rescue vessel coded SAR 272 was immediately sent to the scene to save the fishermen in distress.

Rescue forces saved two fishermen at 9.9pm the same day and have made great efforts to search for the remaining four who are still missing.
