Foreign reporters enjoy priority on entry-exit procedures

VOV.VN - Priority is set to be given to foreign reporters when they conduct the necessary entry-exit procedures at Noi Bai International Airport after the conclusion of the DPRK-USA Summit.

Noi Bai International Airport will work in co-ordination with state management agencies, ground forces, and airlines to assign personnel to support more than 3,000 foreign reporters in completing their entry-exit procedures and security checks held at the airport between February 28 and March 2, 2019.

Accordingly, reporters will be processed at gates D1, D2 in Terminal 2 and will receive a warm welcome upon entering Noi Bai International Airport.

A reception team has been mobilised to serve international reporters with all staff having a good command of foreign languages, professional skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a good appearance, a representative from Noi Bai CHK International said.

The team are to be on duty on a regular basis at the reception desks at gates D1, D2, the third floor, and passenger terminal T2 to serve all flights between February 28 and March 2.

These staff will be responsible for identifying reporters and delivering to them their priority cards featuring the logo of the DPRK-USA summit and the word ‘Press’.

Reporters with priority cards will be guided to a separate counter and to process the quick check-in formalities.

In addition, more than 3,000 souvenirs have been prepared by the airport as gifts for reporters to mark the occasion.
