Five earthquakes recorded in Quang Ngai province

VOV.VN - The Earthquake Information and Tsunami Warning Center under the Institute of Earth Sciences, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, said its monitoring system recorded five earthquakes in Mang Den and Mang But communes, central Quang Ngai province, between 22:43 on February 22 and 07:04 on February 23.

The quakes measured between 2.8 and 3.4 in magnitude, with focal depths of 8.1 to 8.2 kilometers. The strongest, measuring 3.4, occurred at 00:14 on February 23 in Mang But Commune.

The center assessed the earthquakes at natural disaster risk level 0 and said it is continuing to monitor the situation.

Minor earthquakes strike Son La and Hue, no damage reported
