Despite their quick response, local firefighters are unable to reach the scene and save the facilities as strong wind from the sea blows the fire out of control. |

Nhat Tri Islet is home to 1,400 households and 7,000 residents. |

| The rescue team is unable to reach the neighbourhood that located between two rivers with only a narrow entrance. |
