Azerbaijan universities offer scholarships for Vietnam students
VOV.VN - Some Azerbaijan universities want to have higher enrolment for Vietnam students by providing more scholarships for Bachelor, Master and Doctorate degrees, the Azerbaijan Embassy has announced.
The ADA International University, Khazar University and Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction have introduced their scholarship on their websites.

The embassy reported that roughly 4,000 Vietnam students were trained at Azerbaijan universities in the 1970s and1980s but the figure has now dropped to just 40.
