Azerbaijan Ambassador presents wheelchairs to disabled Vietnamese
VOV.VN -Anar Imanov, the Azerbaijan Ambassador, on behalf of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, presented wheelchairs to people with disabilities in Vietnam on December 3.

| Upon addressing the event, Ambassador Imanov spoke highly of the fruitful relationship that exists between Azerbaijan and Vietnam, a relationship that is continuing to develop across all fields. |

| He also introduced the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s activities, including charitable events in Vietnam. |

| On speaking at the event, Nguyen Van Hoi, General Director of the Department of Social Assistances, expressed his deep gratitude to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's leaders and their huge support. |

| Participants also discussed the activities of the Vietnamese government and other organizations to protect the rights of disabled people, provide job opportunities and help them to integrate into wider society. |
