Vietnamese leaders offer sympathy to Germany over severe floods
VOV.VN - President Nguyen Xuan Phuc on July 17 extended a message of sympathy to President of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier over severe flooding triggered by torrential rains in the states of Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia and Saarland.
The flooding has claimed dozens of lives and left thousands missing.
On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Chinh also offered his sympathy to German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
