Vietnam, Russia to hold phone talks on strategic partnership on Sept 16
VOV.VN - Vietnamese President Nguyen Xuan Phuc is set to hold phone talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin on September 16.
At the talks, the two leaders will discuss a range of measures to promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Russia and cooperation in combating COVID-19.
This is the first phone talk between President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
