The conference, according to the municipal administration, is an important foreign political event that will also celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations and 10 years of the strategic partnership between the two countries in 2023.

The event is expected to contribute to popularizing the cultural tradition, the potential and socio-economic development achievements of both Hanoi and Vietnam, as well as the Vietnamese Party and State’s guidelines and policies regarding foreign affairs and international integration.

The gathering is expected to bring together more than 800 guests, including 500 Vietnamese and over 300 French delegates.
