Vietnam, China augment substantive cooperation
VOV.VN - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu, secretary general of the Steering Committee for Vietnam-China bilateral co-operation, held an online meeting on June 27 alongside his Chinese counterpart Wu Jianghao.
