Top legislator congratulates new Speaker of RoK’s National Assembly
VOV.VN - National Assembly (NA) Chairman Tran Thanh Man on June 14 extended his congratulations to Woo Won-shik on his election as Speaker of the 22nd National Assembly of the Republic of Korea (RoK).
In his letter of congratulations, Man showed his elation at the Vietnam - RoK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership at its best development stage, making an important contribution to both nations’ development. This relationship is not only based on common interests, but also on trust, respect, understanding and close-knit friendship between the two peoples.
The top Vietnamese legislator affirmed that the Vietnamese legislature and he himself stay ready to cooperate closely with the Korean NA and Speaker Woo Won-shik in order to reinforce the bilateral relationship in a more effective and comprehensive manner in the time ahead, including the effective implementation of the cooperation agreement between the two legislative bodies signed in 2013 in line with the content of the Vietnam - RoK Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
