Born on September 9, 1927 in the central province of Ha Tin, Nguyen Duc Binh was a participant in revolutionary activities and became a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) in 1946. He was a member of the CPV Central Committee during the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th tenures, and a member of the Politburo during the 7th and 8th tenures. Binh passed away at 0:44am on January 31 at the Central Military Hospital due to old age. |
