Party leader’s spouse visits Malaysia’s National Heart Institute
Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of Party General Secretary To Lam, on November 22 visited the National Heart Institute of Malaysia, renowned both domestically and regionally for its high-quality cardiac treatment and pioneering adoption of medical advancements.
She praised the institute’s accomplishments, particularly its recent breakthroughs, and acknowledged its role in training Vietnamese doctors and fostering professional exchanges. Ly called for continued collaboration and experience sharing to improve community health outcomes.
Ly highlighted the importance of compassion and empathy in health care, encouraging the institute’s medical staff to maintain their dedication and bring joy and comfort to patients and their families.
On this occasion, she presented gifts to pediatric patients undergoing intensive treatment at the institute.
Ly and her husband are on an official visit to Malaysia from November 21-23.
