VOV.VN - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong has extended a message of congratulations to Chairman of the Mongolian People's Party (MPP) Luvsannamsrain Oyun-Erdene over the MPP’s victory in the parliamentary elections held on June 28.

The Party chief offered the congratulations on behalf of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).
