Party and State delegation pays tribute to Cuba leader
VOV.VN - A high-level Vietnam Party and State delegation led by Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan paid tribute to Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro Ruz at José Martí Memorial at Revolution Square in Havana, Cuba on November 28 (local time).
