Official welcome ceremony for PM Pham Minh Chinh
VOV.VN - An official welcome ceremony for President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his entourage were solemnly held at the Japanese Prime Minister's Office on November 24.
Immediately after the welcome ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh held talks with his Japanese counterpart Kishida Fumio, during which the two PMs agreed to issue a joint statement to take Vietnam-Japan relations to new heights.
After the talks, the two government leaders witnessed both nations’ ministries and agencies exchange memoranda of understanding in the fields of health care, defence, industry, trade, the environment, and human resource training.
