NA Chairman starts official visit to Bangladesh

Those welcoming the Vietnamese NA delegation included congressman Iqbalur Rahim - Minister, Secretary General of the Bangladesh National Assembly K.M. Abdus Salam, some officials of the National Assembly and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, Vietnamese Ambassador to Bangladesh Nguyen Manh Cuong alongside Embassy staff.

Traditional friendship and all-around cooperation between Vietnam and Bangladesh are seeing constant development with strengthened political relations.

 The official visit to Bangladesh by the top Vietnamese legislator is a high-level activity commemorating 50 years of both nations’ diplomatic ties.

The visit affirms that Vietnam always values and wishes to further strengthen traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation with Bangladesh across all Party, parliament and government channels, and people-to-people exchanges.

While in Bangladesh, Hue will join host leaders in celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the bilateral diplomatic ties, and attend a number of cultural, economic and diplomatic activities on this occasion.
