VOV.VN - June 6 was seen as a busy day full of activities for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Japan, including talks with Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and meetings with Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko and leaders of some political Parties and businesses.
PM Phuc held a working session with representatives of nearly 60 Japanese businesses. |
The Vietnamese government and relevant agencies pledged to create the best possible conditions for Japanese businesses to operate steadily in Vietnam, said the PM. |
The PM and his wife met Japanese Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko, |
and President of the Japanese House of Councillors Date Chuichi. |
PM Shinzo Abe hosted an official welcome ceremony for PM Phuc and other high-ranking Vietnamese government officials at Akasaka Palace in Tokyo on the afternoon of June 6. |
The two PMs inspected the guard of honour. |
The two leaders held talks after the welcome ceremony. |
They then informed the press about major outcomes of their talks. |
They witnessed the signing of 14 bilateral cooperation documents. |
The two sides issued a joint statement on deepening partnership. |
