Website for 14th National Party Congress launched in Hanoi
VOV.VN - Party General Secretary To Lam and other Party and State leaders on September 12 launched the website “Communist Party of Vietnam – 14th National Congress”, a primary channel providing authoritative information related to the coming 14th National Party Congress.

The portal https://daihoidangtoanquoc.vn, developed by Nhan Dan newspaper (People’s Daily) under the direct guidance of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation, aims to deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely information on activities leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.
It features a dedicated section “Toward the 14th National Party Congress”, providing updates and information on preparations for the Congress. It highlights the Party’s glorious journey, showcasing its achievements and milestones over the years. Users can also access a review of the 13th Party Congress term, reflecting on the outcomes and lessons learned.
The portal allows the public to contribute to the draft documents of the 14th Congress, facilitating feedback and engagement. In addition, it includes articles and speeches by General Secretary To Lam, offering insights into leadership perspectives.
Party regulations and guidance documents are made available for reference, ensuring access to official policies and directives. The portal also hosts multimedia content, including videos, reports, infographics, and podcasts, covering Congress activities and highlighting exemplary figures in Party building.
Notably, the portal introduces modern features applied for the first time on a Party-themed website, such as an AI-powered intelligent search tool (chatbot) and an interactive map of Party leadership through history.

At the launch ceremony, General Secretary To Lam emphasised that the 14th National Party Congress is a major political event, shaping the vision, goals, and breakthrough strategies for the country’s development. In today’s multi-platform media environment, authoritative information serves as a “reference point” for shaping public awareness and action.
Therefore, he said, the portal must provide accurate, complete, and timely information; guide public opinion using scientific reasoning and verified data; and connect and interact to build social consensus domestically and internationally.
The Party leader then instructed Nhan Dan newspaper to ensure the portal operates with strict information discipline; accuracy and timely updates; robust security and backup measures; smooth coordination among agencies and media; effective international communication; and promotion of positive achievements while countering misinformation.
At the launch ceremony, Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation, affirmed that the launch of the portal of particular significance as it is not only important for the Party’s communication efforts but also demonstrates the commitment to innovating and modernising media approaches.
Nhan Dan Newspaper pledges to maintain and develop the portal before, during, and after the 14th National Party Congress, contributing to the creation of a valuable digital archive on the history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, stressed Minh, who is also President of the Vietnam Journalists Association.
