Key lawmakers debate revised Land Law again in Hanoi
VOV.VN - The Standing Committee of the National Assembly opened its 26th session in Hanoi on September 12, with National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue in the chair.
During the sitting, the key lawmakers will debate seven bills and three resolutions, including the revised Land Law - an important legal document that impacts all socio-economic sectors.
The revised Land Law which was debated by full-time National Assembly deputies will be tabled for discussions at the National Assembly Standing Committee’s session and will be submitted to the legislature’s year-end meeting in October.
The lawmakers will also give opinions on the Social Insurance Law (amended), the Archives Law (amended), the Law on the Organization of People’s Courts (amended), the Capital Law (amended), and a bill on national defense industry and security.
They will examine National Assembly resolutions regarding supervision and inquiries at the legislature.
The lawmakers will also discuss other reports on State budget task implementation, traffic safety, health insurance, smoking prevention, and the use of the Health Insurance Fund and the Social Insurance Fund.
