He expected the study tour program for high school students to be resumed, thereby promoting understanding between the two countries’ young generations.
The governors of Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Miyazaki, Saga, and Kagoshima highly appreciated Vietnamese expatriates’ contributions to the prefectures’ socio-economic development, serving as a bridge to foster relations between the two countries. They expressed their desire to promote bilateral cooperation in human resources, including receiving more Vietnamese people to work and study in their localities.
