Vietnam attaches importance to relations with United States, says Party leader
VOV.VN - Party General Secretary To Lam reaffirmed the importance of the Vietnam–United States comprehensive strategic partnership during his meeting with Daniel Rosen, CEO of Rosen Partners LLC, in Hanoi on April 23.

Welcoming Rosen back to Vietnam on the 30th year of Vietnam - US diplomatic relations and the second year of the comprehensive strategic partnership, To Lam expressed satisfaction with the robust development of bilateral ties. He emphasised Vietnam’s commitment to deepening relations with the US, especially in trade, investment, and technology, to benefit both countries’ people and businesses.
The Party leader highlighted Vietnam’s abundant human resources and natural assets, and its strong interest in attracting US capital, advanced technologies, and high-tech products. He also welcomed the interest of US corporations in contributing to Vietnam’s modernisation and long-term growth goals.
Rosen, for his part, shared his positive impressions of Vietnam’s dynamic growth and entrepreneurial spirit, which he said creates favourable conditions for American investors.
He revealed Rosen Partners’ plan to develop a world-class entertainment park in Vietnam and pledged to foster cooperation in science, artificial intelligence, and innovation, including connecting Vietnamese and American scientists.
To Lam welcomed Rosen’s investment plans and affirmed Vietnam’s continued efforts to streamline administrative procedures and improve the investment climate. He encouraged further US investment in high-tech agriculture, human resources development, culture, tourism, and science and technology.
Rosen reaffirmed his commitment to expanding Rosen Partners’ footprint in Vietnam, contributing to national development and strengthening the Vietnam - US relationship.
