FM spokesperson on Chinese vessels entering Vietnam’s EEZ in East Sea
VOV.VN - Vietnam follows with keen interest East Sea developments following news that a group of Chinese vessels had entered Vietnam’s exclusive economic zone.
Foreign ministry spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang was responding to reporters’ questions regarding the news in Hanoi on April 15.
Vietnam requests that countries fully observe international laws in their activities, including the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS 1982), contributing to peace, stability and cooperation in the East Sea, Hang said.
