Congratulations to Chinese Communist Party on centenary anniversary
VOV.VN - The Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee has cabled a message of congratulation to its Chinese counterpart on the 100th founding anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party (July 1).
The inception of the Chinese Communist party 100 years ago was an important historical milestone in the revolutionary cause of the Chinese people, wrote the message.
Over the past 100 years, the Chinese Communist Party has continuously grown and developed, leading the Chinese people to achieve great victories in the struggle of national liberation as well as in building socialism, and elevating China’s position in the international arena.
The message highlighted the positive and stable development of the Vietnam and China relationship which was founded by President Ho Chi Minh of Vietnam and President Mao Zedong of China and nurtured by generations of the two countries' leaders over the years.
The Party, State and people of Vietnam are willing to work closely with their Chinese counterparts to deepen practical and effective cooperation in various fields, and to properly control and handle disagreements through peaceful means, on the basis of respecting each other’s legitimate interests and in accordance with international law, the message wrote.
On this occasion, Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong extended congratulations to Chinese Party General Secretary and State President Xi Jinping.
