Deputy PM Pham Binh Minh to visit Germany

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh will pay a visit to Germany from February 20-21.

The trip will be made at the invitation of German Minister of Foreign Affairs Heiko Maas.

Vietnam and Germany set up diplomatic relations on September 23, 1975. They elevated their ties to a strategic partnership in October 2011.
