Czech media hail Vietnam’s hosting of 2nd DPRK-USA Summit

VOV.VN - The Czech media have given a wide coverage of the upcoming second DPRK-USA Summit in Hanoi on February 27- 28, praising Vietnam’s role in organizing the event.

Major news outlets, including the Czech News Agency (CTK), the Blesk newspaper, and the iDnes.cz and Novinky.cz news websites noted that the selection of Hanoi as the venue was an important decision and must be accepted by both sides.

One of the important reasons that the US and the DPRK selected Hanoi as a venue for their second summit was the good relationship that Vietnam has with both Washington and Pyongyang, both of which have their embassies in Hanoi.

According to analysts of international affairs, hosting the 2nd Trump-Kim summit brings great opportunities for Vietnam and proves Vietnam’s capability of contributing to global issues.
