Danang publishes the tourism code of conduct in Chinese language
VOV.VN - The central city of Danang has published 5,000 hard copies of the tourism code of conduct in Chinese language, said Tran Chi Cuong, deputy director of the city’s tourism department on July 12.
Meanwhile, travel agencies have received the soft copies and sent to their partners to instruct their clients before travelling.
The code of conduct in Chinese language includes vivid pictures of do’s and don’t for tourists when travelling in Danang city. Accordingly, visitors should respect local culture and customs, wear appropriate clothing in holly sites, protect the environment and queue up when using public services as well as helping the elderly, people with disabilities and children.
Cuong said the department plans to translate the guidelines into Korean language and issue it in the coming time.
Da Nang has recently issued a code of conduct in Vietnamese for the tourism industry with the aim of maintaining its reputation as a safe and hospitable destination.
